Jake Marsden
M.S., CCC-A
Mr. Marsden graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Hearing and Speech Sciences. He also received his Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Brigham Young University. Mr. Marsden is a New York State licensed audiologist. He is currently the senior audiologist at Audio Help Associates. Mr. Marsden develops and coordinates educational hearing aid seminars for current and potential patients. He also attends continuing education lectures to maintain his experience and provide the most appropriate and beneficail amplification for his patients. Mr. Marsden is an active member of both the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in audiology (AuD.).
John P. Weigand
Au.D
John P. Weigand attended and excelled at the St. John's University Master of Arts Program and then earned a Doctorate in Clinical Audiology from the University of Florida. Dr. Weigand completed his Clinical Fellowship at the Long Island College Hospital where he received extensive training in pediatric Audiology, including fitting hearing impaired children with amplification and collaborating with surgeons in the operating room during cochlear implant procedures. In 2000, Dr. Weigand joined Downstate's Department of Otolaryngology and his current clinical practice includes complete audiological evaluations of newborns, children and adults, vestibular and neurological testing, cochlear implant evaluation and follow-up, and amplification evaluation and fitting utilizing the most technologically advanced digital instruments available today. Dr. Weigand is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology holding Board Certification and has earned the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Assocaition.
J. Frank Lanzetta
AuD.
Dr. Lanzetta attended Iona College for his undergraduate work. He then continued on to CUNY Hunter College where he recieved his Masters Degree in Audiology. Dr. Lanzetta furthered his education by completing his Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) with the University of Florida. He has an extensive diagnostic background and his specialized interests include the evaluation and fitting of amplification for the hard of hearing population. He is a New York State licensed audiologist, as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Dr. Lanzetta has ASHA (the American Speech and Hearing Association) certification and is in the process of also becoming Board Certified by AAA.
Meryl N. Epstein
M.A., CCC-A
Ms. Epstein is a graduate of Hofstra University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences in addition to an Masters in Audiology. Ms. Epstein is an active member of the New York State Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and American Academy of Audiology. She attends continuing education lectures and various seminars to ensure that she provides the most beneficial hearing rehabilitation for her patients. Ms. Epstein also develops and coordinates physician educational seminars which help maintain a close relationship with our ENT collegues.
Christine Stoklosa

Ms. Bartosiewicz is a graduate of Pace University where she completed her Bachlor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then continued on to Hunter College CUNY where she received her Masters of Science in Audiology. Ms. Bartosiewicz is an active member of the New York State Speech Language Hearing Assoication (NYSSLHA) and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is currently completing her fellowship year with Audio Help Associates.
Padmaja Nair
AuD. 4th Year Fellow
Ms. Nair is a graduate of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. Ms. Nair then continued on to Ohio University where she completed her coursework towards her Doctorate of Audiology. She is currently striving for a Professional Supervised Experience with Audio Help Associates. She is an active member of OSLHA and has published research articles in the Journal of the American Academy of Audiology (JAAA) and the Journal of the Acoustical Society of America (JASA).
Randi Gerson
Au.D
Dr. Gerson is a graduate of the Universtiy of Texas, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Audiology and of the University of Florida where she received her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.). She is a New York State licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser. Dr. Gerson is an
active member and fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). She has a strong diagnostic background working with all ages. She has extensive experience and her specialized interest continues to be evaluating and fitting amplification devices for the adult hearing impaired population. Dr. Gerson attends continuing education seminars and lectures to maintain current knowledge of the best and most effective rehabilitation techniques as well as the most up to date hearing aid technologies.
